How long does my order take to ship?

Because every single product is thoughtfully hand-poured and crafted in small batches right here in Cape Town, please allow 3 to 5 business days for us to prepare and pack your order with love. Once dispatched via our local courier network, standard delivery within South Africa typically takes an additional 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently, we only ship within South Africa. As a growing family studio, we are fully focused on perfecting our local delivery experience and meeting you in person at our local markets! However, we hope to expand to international shipping in the future.

What is your return policy? 

We want you to love your pieces as much as we love making them. Because our items are handcrafted and delicate, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis:

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement for you.

• Change of Mind: Due to the handmade nature of our home fragrances and custom decor, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once an item has been used or lit. Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days at the customer's shipping expense.
